Q: How long is the cord from the lights to the plug? The lights are a 12' long strand, but how long is the cord from the strand to the plug? I need to know if I need an extension cord to reach my plug.

A: I just purchased these so I can answer my own question! The box actually has a 9 foot extension wire from the icicle light plug to the electrical outlet plug. So its 12' long, with the icicle lights along it, then an optional 9' long wire you can use to reach the plug. Very useful, it turns out I don't need an extension cord after all!

Q: How do I attach the light set connector to the adaptor.??

A: Look at the male and female ends of each side, one part of the "circle" should have a small notch cut out of the top/bottom - Line both ends up that have the notch missing, push them together, then use the screw cap to tighten them (This also weather seals them)

A: Customer cannot replace or fix one of the icicle if it's not working; If one icicle is not working, it will not affect the other icicles under the same product.

Q: Hi how do I get the lights to work, I removed it from the try me function and also connect the two end switch and it’s still not working

A: Please follow the instructions: 1. Unplug one side from Try Me and plug it into the cord provided. Screw the cover over until it is tightened. 2. Plug the other side of the cord into the adapter provided. Screw the cover over until it is tightened. 3. Plug the adapter into the power supply.
