Incredible but fragile

Didn’t last that long unfortunately, one accidental slip on the ground and it busted in 2 places. Very fragile, just like all the others. Really, really unfortunate because this vacuum is actually incredible. Amazing suction even on the lowest setting, great LED light, performance is top-tier, and incredible battery life because you get 2 batteries.

Questionable Quality Control

Questionable quality - I bought one of these but it didn't work, at all. Not a battery issue but simply would not start. I assumed I got a bad one of the bunch so tried a second one since it was a good deal. Second one had such poor performance it would not pick up much from my hardwood floors. I used my budget vac after which I was intending to replace after and it picked up so much that the Noma couldn't. I was really hoping this would be a good product based on the interchangeable battery. I was hoping to buy more compatible products but this poor quality vacuum was not a good start. I would not recommend this. I bought a Dyson V8 to replace this at a similar price point and am very happy with it.
I will also point out that the return policy for defective Noma products is also questionable. Even though I had a defective product, Canadian Tire would only offer store credit. Since Noma is a Canadian Tire brand there was nothing I could do. Three visits to the store for one functioning vacuum was a bit much.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I took it back the next day.
a month ago
I couldn't even push the vacuum threw my rug. It pulled it up and made my rug waving. I ended up getting a blister cause I was trying to push it soo hard. .. the Dyson is better I wouldn't recommend this product at all.
