Stopped working properly. Had to return it twice. Not going to be a third time.

Sadly this pole light was exactly what I needed but, the first one I brought home stopped working properly after about 2 hrs. I returned it to the store and exchanged it for another but, this time the light didn’t work properly immediately after plugging it in. I got the impression that the quality of manufacturing is very poor for this product and I won’t be buying another one. It’s too bad because it’s a unique light that fits my decor nicely. I’d pay double for a product like this if it was built better.

Upgrade your room's ambiance

The NOMA Programmable 360-Degree LED Tube Light is an amazing way to upgrade your room's ambiance, the stand out feature is that it allows the light to display multiple colours at the same time, giving out a beautiful rainbow or aurora effect. Beyond the many colour combinations and modes, my favourite is the sound reactive light show mode. They make the lights pulse and change to the beat of your music, which is perfect for parties or movie nights. The 360-degree glow is a nice touch, and the plug-and-play USB power cable and included remote make it super easy to set up and use. This light is a great choice for anyone looking for a fun lighting solution. I currently have it set up in my living room . - Product gifted by Canadian Tire.

Bright, Colorful, and Easy to Use- NOMA Light Tube

I recently got the NOMA 360° Colour Changing LED Light Tube and wanted to share my feedback. The product is very easy to set up, and I appreciate that the remote is simple to use with multiple modes and colors. The 360° lighting effect gives a nice ambience, and it worked really well during a birthday celebration at home. Overall, Im happy with the product. One small suggestion would be to include clearer instructions in the manual for first-time users, but otherwise, its a great addition to my space. - Product gifted by Canadian Tire.

Q: Are there any reviews from someone whose PURCHASED this product? All I see are the fake reviews where they were gifted the item for a good review. Asking because they will give me a hard time when I try to return it because its poor quality?

A: It works very well as an accent light when on a colour setting. When it is on 'white light' it vibrates or flickers, and does not 'light up a space'.
