This tree looks nothing like the picture online - not even close. In fact, to say it looks like a scotch pine at all would be a huge stretch. There are actually very few tips that are "scotch pine" style, and the rest is a traditional artificial looking tip. This won't look anything like the scotch pine you're envisioning if you are looking for the one on the website. There is not rounded bottom look to it either. It also took a long time to fluff the branches, and I had to wrap the inner stem with a 9 foot garland just to fill it out more. The LED lights are warm lights, and there are only 400 of them, so while it's easy to put up - there's not a lot of glow there.
All that being said, it is a pretty tree once you set it up and put some work into it. The height is fine in your average 8 foot ceiling home, and with the addition of the garland and another string of lights it looks like a more expensive tree than it is. It was a snap to put up, and maybe only took 5 minutes to have it fully assembled but like the other reviewer mentioned, the fluffing took a long time.
This is the first year we've had it and all in all I'm happy with it. I'm not sure that I would ever pay full price for it as I was really hoping for a tree that looked more like the online picture but it's still just fine for what I paid for it.

Bought this tree on sale and was very happy with it. A rounded bottom and the LED lights are a great feature. Takes 2 hours to fluff but so worth it.

Q: What is the Base Diameter? According to the site info, it's got a 45" base diameter. According to the tag on the tree in my local Canadian Tire, it says 54"...
