Good Tree
I just posting this review to help people that have some sections not working anymore. In my case the connection when to deep after I did not aligned the toot correctly and might have smash the two part to hard together. To make section 2 connect again just have to enlarge the hole of the bottom section so the tube of section 2 go deeper and make the connection again.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Worth every penny, especially when it's on sale

This will be my 3rd Xmas and no problems. Functions as advertised. Would prefer coloured lights but that's not a show stopper. A word of advise: Don't try to store it back in the box (virtually impossible to do with any artificial tree). This is how wires get broken and lights stop working. I leave it assembled in a spare room in the off-season.

We have had the tree for three years
Beautiful looking product
But
Last year a section of lights on the bottom went out.
Solution was to turn it to the wall.
This year when I set up the tree half the top section was out. Then 2 days later the entire top section went out.
I sat down for 1 hour looking for a bad wire but could not find anything.
I do not know if the tree was damaged when I packed it up (in the original box) last year.
I would think twice if this product is going to last.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Can a person be in love with a tree?
We've been a 'real' tree family for years, but they can be messy and have a short lifespan, so we decided for a change to consider a nice quality artificial tree and we stumbled upon this one last year at our local CT store. We instantly fell in love with it. We are thrilled and extremely happy with our purchase.
The LED lights are so very plentiful and provide a lovely warm and soft glow. A real bonus is the wonderful ease of putting this beauty up. I thought I'd try it while my stronger other half was away and it went together and up like a charm in the time the title claims. I don't have a handy bone in my body and I'm not that co-ordinated, but easy-peasy for me.
To protect our investment, we also purchased at Canadian Tire a sturdy, wheeled storage bag that's made for artificial Christmas trees that complimented our purchase of the tree we enjoy so much. The box the tree comes in also workd just fine for storage
I sure wouldn't hesitate to recommend this fine Noma product as a purchase!

Not pleased with this product

I purchased the tree last xmas and thought it was the most wonderful thing. I've now put the tree up this year and all of a sudden the lights on the top portion of the tree are not working. Have tried everything to get it to work with no luck. What a waste of money. It was stored properly and never touched the entire year. It's not just a matter of replacing a string of lights. Now the entire tree is garbage. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Q: We have this Christmas tree for 3 years. All the bulbs in one section at the bottom do’nt work and all bulbs are black. Could I repair that?

A: Yes you can, I just figure it out how to do it. When you stack the parts together there are some kind of toot that should fit together, if you are not well aligned and smash the two parts to hard together, the receiving piece is going deeper within the tree main tube, and the connection does not touch anymore. What I did is cut a 6 notch on the receiving tube to enlarge the hole a bit so the next section can go deeper in the tube to be able to connect again with the bottom part.

Q: The tree is not lighting up for the mid and top section and I have connected the tree. It does not go in any further. How do I fix this? The tree is pretty new, got it within the year still but misplaced my receipt.

A: We consider this issue may be caused by the bad connection.
Would you please help re-assemble the tree? Push the tree section downward and rotateit towards the lower section so the tree gets more contact.

Q: The top 2 sections of my tree won't light up
I just purchased this tree last year. This year the bottom section lights up but the top two sections do not. I followed the troubleshooting instructions and ensured the sections were securely attached and I checked the fuse.

Q: The middle portion of the tree's lights are different from the top and bottom parts?
After we set the tree up, we noticed that the middle portion of the tree shows the opp colour than parts A and C. ie, that when the top and bottom are multi-coloured, the middle is white and vice versa. How do I fix this problem?

A: This tree only has white lights…so we are led to believe you have a defective unit. Our recommendation would be to go back to the store and return it as there is a 1 year warranty
