I bought this to use on my Apartment's Balcony with some String Lights made to look like gifts, and Lighted Candy Canes on the side. However the lights on the top of the moustach did not turn on. I wiggled them and they turned on, but then they turned off again. Possibly a bad connection inside. At least the rest of it works!
