The gaps between the branches are huge, it's laughable that they charge this much money for such an ugly tree!

Q: Are the light settings programmable? I have my tree on a timer, but everytime it turns on it defaults to the first light setting which flashes white and coloured lights. I'd love to set it so the first setting is white lights (no blinking).

A: I am not sure how many circuits there are but definitely not only one. I tried taking one bulb out and it turned off that whole circuit and left the other circuit/s on. Hope that helps.

Q: What are the colour options for the lights? Warm white? Multi?

A: there is only one colour on this tree...white. They are the incadesent type bulb as we needed these instead of the LCD as we have ornaments that we had to plug into the bulb outlet. Can not do this with LCD.

A: This tree comes with quick connect pole, please check if the plugs between the pole and the lights are loose.

A: Our tree is 1 year old, and the lights have now been on for 6 years. The are not hot, I can touch each one and they are room temperature.
