Beautiful! It is very bright and full. The twinkle is soft enough that it doesn’t feel like a strobe light. Only problem is the box is heavy for a single women.

One word: Fabulous. This is our first year without a real Christmas tree but who would notice with this gorgeous tree in our home. The lights are great, so many. Beautiful. So very happy we purchased this tree.

We don’t love the tree!

The tree is a very nice shape but a few branch tiers seem a little sparse, as other customers have mentioned. You’d expect a bit more consistency at this price point. Also, the tree is SO BRIGHT. My fault for not realizing 3500 lights would be blinding in my dark living room versus how they looked on display in a brightly lit store. My biggest complaint is that the lights are very cool, not at all warm as described online and what is written on the packaging.

Q: 1 - The Warranty is a 5 year exchange warranty. What does this mean? 2 - What is the expected lifespan for the Micro-Brite LED lights? 3 - Is there an electrical outlet near the top of the tree for an electric plug in tree topper?

A: Sorry for the late response. 1. Canadian Tire agrees to replace a defective product, within the stated warranty period, when returned to the place of purchase with proof of purchase. 2. The average lifespan of Micro-Brite LED is at least 25,000 hours. 3. There is no electrical outlet near the tree top.
