Stinky tree!

I bought this tree a few weeks ago. Unfortunately quite a few tips broke off as I was assembling the tree. Tye tree put off a strong chemical smell which I assumed was off gassing. I thought it would go away but it didn’t. I returned it today and will continue looking for a tree. The vintage lighting was nice and the fullness was good.

Nice tree

I like this tree. It is attractive and a manageable size to put up and take down by myself. The lights were easy to connect. It lost more of the decorative outer branch tips than I thought it should (mostly during un packing and packing up but also some when I decorated).

Oh Christmas Tree

Looks pretty, but branches fall off easily if you are gently putting on ornaments, or trying to " fluff" the tree. Also, some of the bulbs flicker and shut off.
This tree is alot like my old boyfriend. All looks but no substance.

Old-school bulbs

I just purchased this tree on the weekend. Was looking for a smaller tree. I couldn't be happier the old-school coloured lights remind me of my childhood (no need to flick these builds lol). The setup was easy and it looks real.

A: These were an exclusive item for Canadian Tire with coloured lights only since that is the genuine retro look, and they are on clearance now if they have any left

Q: Love this tree but would prefer white lights as in the second photo on the ad (I know it only comes in multicolour), instead of restringing all new lights could you change out all the bulbs to be white?

A: Yes you can. It comes with half a dozen replacements. I've had it on about 8 hours a day for about two months total. No replacement needed yet.
