Horrible condition of product

This was horrible. the box was delivered to my house when I was not home. the box came to me completed chewed up by what looked like rodents. If I had been home at the time of delivery I would have refused it given the state of the box. the electrical connection was missing and there were no instructions. this box was obviously returned to the store by someone who had used it. the store then felt it was ok to ship it to me. Since this was a final sale order I cannot return it. I will not be ordering anything online from Canadian Tire again.

Defective tree

The tallest tree has very faint light at the bottom and the top half has no light. When I went back to the reviews, they had the same issue so looks like I was sold a box that was return by previous buyer. I was going to have it changed but there was only 1 box left in the store according to inventory but it looks like it was also a returned item. I wish the stores don’t sell any returned items that are defective. I ended up returning it and got a refund.

A: They connect to each other and do not light up individually. Loved the look of them but one was a dud and would not light up as bright as the other two and had to return. Not sure why Canadian tire can’t answer the question and has sent this to me to answer to my email.

A: The tree lights up as soon as the power adapter is plugged into the wall. There is no on/off function.

A: Make sure rain or snow won't get on the tree and lights. This is an indoor tree.

A: The trees can be placed at least 2-3 feet from one another.

Q: Could you add stones, etc to inside the base to make it more sturdy against wind?

A: The burlap wrapped base is already filled with cement and foam, so there is not much room to add. You can tie the trees to the wall to prevent them tipping them over under strong wind.

A: Confirming that all trees are connected to one another through a wire, there is adequate wire length between the trees to be able to space them out side by side or in a grouping formation.
