The Right Tree for Me.

I bought this tree because it was on sale close to Christmas Day, included white and coloured LED lights with 8 illumination patterns, it was right height and shape, and frosted. The tree is light and easy assemble but also sturdy.

A: This tree comes with a foot pedal to control its functions. If the consumer did not find it in the package, we sincerely apologize. We recommend returning the tree to the store for a replacement. Thank you.

Q: Why is this tree so wobbly? I don’t mean at the bottom, I’ve turned the screws as much as possible but where the tree pieces connect they fit in so loose it just leans to one side no matter what I do

A: My experience with most all products from that country of manufacture is not good. It’s all made to break and usually poor quality. Mine is pretty good. I do not take mine apart, so what I did was epoxy or glue the sections together and it seems a bit better.

Q: The tree stand/tree is not stable and quite wobbly. Did anyone figure out a trick to stabilize it?

A: Just figured it out! They have the pole that goes into the stand wrapped with evergreen wire. It’s stopping the tree from going all the way in the stand . I unwrapped a bunch at the bottom and the tree slid into the stand opening. It’s now standing straight and stable.

Q: If on bulb or a few bulbs burn out can you change them?

A: The bulbs are not replaceable as they are an integral part of the wiring harness of the tree. Not to worry though as they are LED and should last for many years.

Q: The bottom section of my tree doesn’t light up when connected. The two upper parts are. Does this mean I need to exchange it for another one or am I somehow connecting it wrong?

A: If you have the two sections plugged in they should work. If they don't, I would exchange it. The tree is actually quite nice.

Q: Does the NOMA Bennett tree (flocked or not) 'remember' the last colour mode selected next time the tree is powered on? Or do you have to go through the different colour options again?

A: I have to go through all the colours to power it off. Then the same to power on.

A: Hello, there is no extension plug from the tree for a tree topper. However, you can plug one in from a socket to light up the tree topper at the back of the tree.
