problem with usb connection

The unit itself is a great size for travelling and the easy filter access makes for a great design. This unit is unfortunately only powered by a usb C cable, no batteries. If travelling a power bank is neccesary. The USB connection was not stable any little movement and the unit lost power, which was very frustrating. We are actually taking this unit back for a refund. Looking for a rechargable replacement.

This thing was a waste of money. The power cord connection to the unit is faulty, it doesn't work any more. Only used it 3 times.

A: The NOMA personal air purifier is without the anion function, so it will not emit ozone.

A: It will run if you connect it to a portable power pack (but I don't know what kind, probably any kind you'd use with a phone, etc.). It does not have a chargeable battery, though--you have to have it connected to some sort of power source in order for it to work.

Q: What does it mean when the light will flash continuously after only a couple of hours of use? I just changed the filter, as well.

A: The filter light can be reset by pressing and holding the power button for about 3 seconds.

Q: How long is the filter good for? How often do you have to change it?

A: The filter light will start flashing after about 1000 cumulative hours of use, and the filter should be replaced every 3-6 months depending on usage.

Q: For Noma : could you make this product with a USB-C port instead of micro usb? The current port is so finicky it’s hard to stay connected. Rechargeable would be even better! This is the best small hepa on the market but the mini usb port is killing it
