Poorly designed, powered louvers are noisy and rattle, fan is extremely wobbly, and the LED display doesn't turn off. Not suitable for a bedroom fan due to the display brightness.

Q: How can we change the set temperature for auto operation (the manual states it's set to 25C, can it be set to a different temperature, like 23C)?

A: I believe if I can recall it's automatic. However I want to let you know that while it started out great it did not last. Lost a lot of power of the course of a few months and have tossed in the trash.

A: Hi. The fan will run continuously if you don't have it set for a timed setting. I usually have mine set for 5 hours and then it shuts off after it reaches that length of time.

Q: Is it possible to dim the display lights?

A: "Dim" the brightness of the LED panel by darkening the panel surface using a black magic marker. One coating will reduce the brightness to a tolerable level, and extra coats will darken it further. "Permanent" magic markers work best. This trick also works on other blindingly-bright LED lights.

A: It may have been inadvertently set. Kindly unplug the unit for couple of minutes and plug back. Operate the heater according to instructions noted on the manual. If the issue persists and the item is deemed defective, you can return the unit at the store to exchange for a new one.

A: Cleaning instructions as per manual: Always turn off and unplug the fan before cleaning. • Use only a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the fan clean. • To clean between the grilles, we recommend using a pipe cleaner, flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner or compressed air to gently remove the dust. • DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. • DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan. • For storage, you may leave the fan assembled and covered to protect it from dust. Store the fan in a cool, dry, place
