I dont know what the complaint is. Noisy??? Sure you can hear the fan Since when does a fan run when you cant hear it? Not efficient? Its made for in doors not out doors. I have been using this heater all winter and its the best portable heater i have ever used. It kicks heat VERY WELL The only thing i dont like is it doesn't seem to have thermostat control to shut down. other then that its excellent

Really garbage product to be honest. Puts out next to no heat into a room of any liveable size. Claims on the box it can heat several hundred square feet of space are beyond absurd and very blatant false advertising. Very noisy as well. Pretty much wasted my money on this. Might be alright if all you want it for is heating a very small space but even then it's no better than the ultra cheap, nearly handheld models which are equally worthless in any actual room. I don't really see what this has going for it and I wish I'd bought a larger model.

The other reviews are all pretty on point. The noise is higher and the heat is lower than you would want. If it's sitting a few feet away from you in the living room you'll do alright, but you'll hear it too. It got me through a couple of winters but I'm looking to switch to something silent.

I initially purchased this heater and after several months of use it broke down. As it was within the warranty period, I got another brand new item, which also stopped working after 6 months. Now I'm told the warranty doesn't cover it anymore. I cannot recommend this product.

Q: how big of a room will it heat

A: The box this heater comes in says it will heat a 1000 sq foot room, and the box also has a symbol that indicates this heater will heat a "large room". What the box says is very misleading since this heater could barely heat a 250 sq foot room. This heater is more suited to small rooms around 100 sq feet, or as a personal heater in larger rooms.
