Air filter that looks the part

The review should occur many months after installation, however that's not typically how online reviews are designed to be created. Main reason for purchasing this particular filter is that it seem easier to cut to size. Our need is 25x18 which does not exist, so we make our own. This one seemed easier from the look of it (unopened) to resize. I cannot comment on the operation of the filter at this time. The existing filter (to be replaced) lasted about 4 years - we have little dust so filters last a long time. Not sure I will be able to update at that time. However, based on my previous experience with this brand (not this specific model), it does a good job, similar to others of the same filter class.
