Q: I need a replacement glass/shade for this ceiling and I’m having a hard time finding it. Any suggestions.
3 years agoA: Just ordered a new glass lamp shade, it was easy. When you call Support Center, use cdn tire model number 052-9658-8 when prompted. Only $27 bucks, best service I have had in a while, was done in 5 minutes.

Q: Does this fan have a DC motor?
3 years agoA: I believe it has an AC motor. However, here is the online manual to verify. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/2133697/Noma-Loen.html I checked mine and did not see anything in reference to the type of motor; I just researched and remote ceiling fans usually have an AC and not a DC motor.
