Terrible app

The bulbs work fine. But the app you have to download is terrible. First we tried to use them at a campsite and without strong wifi, we couldn’t use them at all. Even at home with a strong wifi network I haven’t been able to set them up. They won’t connect to the app at all. I’m very dissappinted

Genuinely the worst product ive ever bought. The app doesnt work on a good day, the bulbs on a bad one. They never want to hook up to the phone after its inevitably disconnected itself and broken itself again. Literally useless. Just pay the extra 10 dollars and buy Globe products or buy ones with a remote, the Noma App and Noma bulbs belong in the dumpster, not your roof

Good, but not good

As many people have said if you change the router or connections password as soon as you reset these bulbs the will constantly go into paring mode. Just as others have as well these bulbs do work well until this scenario happens, there is no way to completely reset these bulbs once they have been setup for the first time, can only be paired to the original router the were Initially paired to.

Great until their not.

They work as intended until you change your router or ssid in my case I changed the router. they can't and won't connect to new router or different wifi name. so they blink for 10 minutes straight in pairing mode and go back to normal light until you turn them back on again and repeat. spending the extra money for philips hue a better quality bulbs.

was working decent then all of a sudden it stopped working and it won’t connect. been trying to connect the lights for about 3 days and it keeps going into pairing mode. don’t waste your money. these are very difficult to work with.

A: Both of my lights connected 2.4 GHz automatically and not to my 5 GHz. I don't know for sure if they work on 5GHz, but I doubt it.
