Plugs work well but the NOMA IQ app is bad

Every so often I have to reset the plugs and start over again because they do not respond to the schedule. I have set up the Wi-FI for the plugs to 2.4 GHz, the plugs are listed in my home network, so, there is no apparent issue with wi-fi neither with Bluetooth. Average product if you are willing to spend 30+ minutes to reset the plugs when they stop to respond to the app.

Makes life so much easier

Use these plugs for my Christmas lights, no need to walk outside in the cold to manually turn them off anymore! Also love how I can control the plugs no matter how far I am from home through the app. 10/10 would recommend

I am a senior and I can't bring myself to communicate with ai (Alexa or whatever), and these plugs don't come with written instructions, you have to watch a video, jeez! I can't figure them out to save my soul, and there are no answers anywhere.
