Pretty to start but they don’t last

These lights do not last. They are pretty when first used, but they regularly go out. The entire strand stops working. I’ve had to replace these lights more than once. Poor design.

The lights didnt make it to the end of the season. Check the lights and the fuses couldn’t get them to work at the end of the season.

Q: Why are these lights such trash and barely work for a season?

A: Well, I had to replace a new set two days after Boxing Day already ,I did manage to fix the set . I took the lights down and replaced them with another new set ,just in case it would happen again . Next year 2024 I will be using my old style Christmas lights . They have never let me down . These led lights are made in China . My old lights are made in Canada.

Q: One day the light just randomly stopped working, what could be the cause of it?

A: Thanks for reaching out! The light set was built on a series circuit. This means when one bulb goes out, the entire circuit is impacted and does not stay lit. May we suggest to check on the connection of the lights if there are any loosen bulbs; especially for the lamp holder with 3-wires connected at the bottom as these are the joints of the series circuit.
