Decent fan. Fairly easy installation however the fan is soley reliant on remote. No "manual" mode or pull cords to turn on fan or light. Light has three different LED options. Soft, bright and very bright cool white. Brightness can be dimmed with remote, however the option for soft white or other colors cannot be programmed to stay in that color mode. Each time the light is turned off and on again, it toggles between each color. (Book manual states that color can be programmed to stay at the same color and dimmness, but it doesnt work). If light is turned on and you turn off light switch on the wall and turn on again, light will turn on but fan does not. Can only turn on fan with remote, so dont lose your remote! Lights cannot be changed as they consist of a series of built in LED lights on the main board.

I bought this fan only because the same brand (which I bought inly three years ago) let me down. The LED light that should have lasted ten years, failed in only three, and cannot be repaired nor is a replacemrnt part availanle. I had no choice but to buy a new fan. What a surprise when I brought it home and discovered that it is not assembled, comes in multiple parts, and needs an electrician to put it together safely! Now I have another large cost because the first one did not perform as it should.

A: In my opinion, there's no reason why it could not be used in a covered outdoor patio. Assuming that it's installed at a safe height to avoid injury to people standing underneath the fan even with their hands up ..

A: As the fan is with DC motor, it is normal that the light is on once the electricity comes back and it is not a problem.

A: We do not suggest to wire the ceiling fan with the old wall swtich. If that, the fan will lost many functions and run abnormal. We suggest to run the ceiling fan with the accompanied remote control.

Q: Fan does not spin properly. I have just installed the fan and checked all the wiring. When I turn the fan to any speed it start up, then in about 5 seconds it ticks and seems to be starting up again. It does not matter the speed, it does this every time.

A: If it was not hit by outside force or dropped before, it is working abnormal. I suggest you to ask for changing to another one.

A: Hi! What we design for the fan is remote and fan being paired one on one. If not, we suggest you to re-pair the fan and remote separately according to the direction on manual page 18. Remember, when you pair one of them, cut off the electricity of other two fans. Do these separatly, the fans will be paired one on one.
