Q: Can this filter be used with UV bulb ?

A: It is a furnace filter it is put into the slot beside the furnace so the air goes through it. Don't think it goes with a UV bulb or any bulb for that matter.

Q: What is the "actual" size of this filter? They are always a fraction smaller than the nominal size.
