A: NOMA Cord Caddy conforms to UL Standard Number 355 and certified to CSA Standard C22.2 Number 308. UL 355 is a standard for cord reels. UL 1449 is a standard for surge protective devices which is not application to subject cord caddy.

A: This item is engineered with a resetable breaker. It is not designed as a replaceable fuse. It carries a one year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects. If the breaker will not reset and you are within the warranty period, we would suggest taking it to your local Canadian Tire store, along with you receipt, for an exchange.
