Q: Can these lights connect to any of the other types of NOMA exterior Christmas lights? As in, can I plug one set into another? I have the 1000 multicolor cluster lights string but I need an all red string of light.

A: Hello EllieEll. Thank you for your question. I'm sorry, but the NOMA Advanced Cluster Lightshow 1000 LED Lights is not connectable. There is no female end on this product. The power supply is balanced for the 1000 included bulbs only. Best regards and Merry Christmas.

Q: We want to put these on a tree outside but because there isn't an extention cord for the lighting string controller we will have to put it at the base of the tree and it will get snowed on. Is it meant for that use, will it get damaged?

A: It’s our 3rd year with these lights. No issues at all. Plug seems to be reasonably weather proof. I have wrapped connections in electrical tape before but only in extreme conditions.

A: The color of these lights was fantastic. Considering the length of the string and the way I use them you must be careful when you put them up. I used them wrapped through my deck railings and I tore a string. The effect was worth it though

Q: I bought several rolls of the NOMA - 151-3964-8 (Multi-coloured 3mm LED, 1000 lights [83' 8"])- They worked for several days and then it rained. The light comes on at the plug-in (the green led-like thing), but the string does not light up. help?

A: The green led light means the timer function is on.(6 hours on, 18 off) Try pressing and holding the function button to deactivate the timer. The led will turn red and the lights should light up.
