Not SAFE , FIRE HAZARD, dont last even 4 months

The 3 out of 4 bulbs have all cracked along the body from the socket to the the deflector " bulb" . They have a distinct electronic burning smell. They seem to have over heated and discoloured the body. I feel they are a fire hazard. 2 bulbs were installed in a family room and the 3rd in a hallway. The 4th still in the box and I am scared to install it. Not SAFE!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Can Noma LED light bulbs be used in enclosed places. My kitchen fixtures have louvres/venting at the top or the large (8" diameter) and I have used incandescents to !50 watts and CFLs to 30 watts without any noticeable deterioration in performance. Thank
