I was moving some furniture in my living room and needed an extension cord for my CD player/radio on my shelving unit. The cord on the player is black so I needed a black extension cord with extra outlets as I also had a lamp for the shelf. I was happy to find this at Canadian Tire!

Q: Can this be used for outdoor use? Such as Xmas light use where weather can be as cold as -30??

A: So far, the answer is yes. I have about 10 running to all my xmas inflatables last year and we had a week or so with minus 30 weather and they seem to keep up. I have them set up now, but weather has only been minus 5

A: If the cord electrical ratings are not exceeded (since there are multiple outlets), and the TV does not have specific cautions and warnings stating not to use with an extension cord, then this cord should be adequate.
