Q: Can two of these 50W panels be connected together for 100W?
4 years agoA: Yes, simply connect the panels in parallel (positive to positive, negative to negative).

Q: Can I connect the panel right to an invertor?
4 years agoA: No you cannot. You must use the charge control and a battery or battery bank. You can then connect your inverter to the battery.

Q: Can this be used to maintain 2 - 6 volt batteries on my travel trailer during the summer when the trailer is stored off-grid. I will use the disconnect on the trailer so there is no draw, just need to keep the batteries charged.
4 years agoA: Yes, just connected the two batteries in series to have a 12 Volt system (probably already in place). Make sure to use the charge controller so you don’t overcharge.
