Can't be used over a GFCI and the outlet has to be a specific amount away from the panel. Buyer be aware. Other than that it works.

A: Yes and no. The Noma plug block will work just fine in a split outlet. However the plug block physically covers both outlets on the duplex receptacle but electrically it is only using one half of the receptacle so on a split plug you’d be wasting the second half of the receptacle and the potential benefit of splitting the plug into two separate circuits.
