Leads cracked

Got this as a gift about 7-8 years ago let sombody borrow it and they were using it in cold -30 temps and the output lead cracked right at the stress relief at the unit making the output leads short out not sure if noco sells replacement parts would be willing to upgrade the leads to connection push to connect style leads if possible so I don’t need to replace the whole deal again but I’ll have to see if there’s any way to save the unit now since it’s not at all a cheap unit

Très performant. J’ai connecté 5 minutes à -25 Celsius avec l’option boost …. L’auto a démarré sans probleme. Fait le 24v aussi. Pratique pour les batteries de mon système solaire.

Q: Je possède un chargeur Genius 2600 depuis 7ans.Il a très peu servi environ deux fois par année.Recemment je chargeais mes 2batteries agm avec ma génératrice et il a cessé de fonctionné tout d’un coup.Plus rien n’allume et il ne sent pas.ca se répare -tu?

Q: Par sa force, ce chargeur peut-il détériorer certaines batteries de petites voitures à la longue? Ce chargeur est t'il l'idéal pour charger la batterie normal d'une voiture compact ou sous compact? Sinon, quel autre Noco Génius serait l'idéal pour un temps et une qualité de charge optimal. Sans jamais risquer d'abîmer ce type batterie?

A: Il est idéal pour batterie de voiture, VR et marine. La charge s'ajuste automatiquement selon la demande de la batterie. Il a même une sonde de température pour savoir quel charge donné car les charge s'ont vraiment différent par temps froid et chaud

Q: Does this unit have an IP rating for water resistance? Will be mounting this unit on a Kenworth T300 with 2 12v batteries in Parallel... the battery box is limited in space, and would leave the unit too close to the batteries, so I am wanting to mount the nit outside the battery compartment.

Q: Temps de charge en mode normal pour les batteries de 40Ah et moins? Dans les "technical specifications", pourquoi le temps de charge approximatifs des batteries 12V de 40Ah, 30Ah, 25Ah, 14Ah, 7.2Ah, 2.2Ah et 1.2Ah ne sont pas indiquer? Est-ce parce qu'il ne peu les charger efficacement et rapidement?

Q: Will this charge & equalize an 8 battery 24v solar battery bank? Does it just take longer if the battery bank is more than 500 amp hous

A: I had to separate my bank Also 24V into 155Ahr strings.. @ 24 volt this charger only supplies 13 Amps.. As per the manual Max recommended 24 Volt bank is 250 Ahr.

Q: Can this unit be left on the battery just to maintain it? I note that it was stated in another series of questions that the 7200 is too big to maintain a motorcylce battery. Is it too big, or is it just more than required for that application.

A: The G26000 can maintain a motorcycle battery but, as you say, has too many features to be used just to maintain a motorcycle battery. The G7200 can also be used to maintain a motorcycle battery. If ALL you want to do is charge and maintain a motorcycle battery than the best value would be something like the G1100.
