Small and sleek

My low stars are because it’s not what I wanted.
This is a cute machine. So far we have only used ground coffee. I find it finicky to put pot in, but not a huge deal. Water tank is in the back.
We usually brew a travel mug. So we have to remove the tray. The coffee sputters a lot as it brews, making a mess on the counter. If we forget to replace the tray, we are left with an even bigger mess.
This machine is replacing an old Ninja multi brew (cup to a carafe). That was my favourite machine, I was unable to find one similar, but I should have waited.
No, I do not recommend this product.

It was love at first brew

This is definitely an excellent machine. It’s slim, the reservoir is the perfect size. The rich brew setting is hands down the best brew. My husband loves it. I love it.

This machine is awesome, it fits a travel mug, unlike many other single use machines. it is easy to use and comes with storage for the pod adapter and the spoon for the coffee grinds.

Q: How deep is the water reservoir? I found my Keurig supreme was too deep for a standard bottle brush. It also was too square to easily do the corners.

Q: Can you use this coffee maker for just hot water or do you have to use tea or hot chocolate pods to make hot drinks that are not coffee?

A: I don't see why not, just don't put coffee in the filter. It makes the water nice and hot so it should be great for tea. I would just make sure to run a first cup through it first if you've brewed coffee so you don't get any coffee taste in the hot water / tea.
