Great product however finding replacement parts is hard to do. The water tank has cracked and the catch basin tabs that lock into the coffee maker snapped of due to weight. I found the parts on the US website but they don't ship to Canada.

Q: How deep is the water reservoir? I found my Keurig supreme was too deep for a standard bottle brush. It also was too square to easily do the corners.

Q: Can you use this coffee maker for just hot water or do you have to use tea or hot chocolate pods to make hot drinks that are not coffee?

A: I don't see why not, just don't put coffee in the filter. It makes the water nice and hot so it should be great for tea. I would just make sure to run a first cup through it first if you've brewed coffee so you don't get any coffee taste in the hot water / tea.
