We bought our Ninja Kitchen System more than a year ago. It is working perfectly well: I am doing dough, smoothies, soups, crashing. It can do everything. And when I had a question regarding replacement parts and accessories, a Ninja customer service representative was very helpful and polite on the phone with me. I am very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend this system.

A: No, the food processor unit (kitchen system) has a different motor than the blender only model that you have. The kitchen system has a more powerful motor which is designed specifically for food processing jobs.
