Poor packaging causes broken merchandise

Very disappointed. The hockey stick was packaged in some cardboard and taped. When it was delivered to my home, the package looked like it had been torn open. The flat packaging was bent. Therefore, the hockey stick was broken, where the stick meets the blade. I ordered another stick from another vendor who shipped it in a cardboard box. The stick was in perfect shape. Needless to say, I returned the broken stick and destroyed packaging to my local CTC store for a refund. Unfortunately, the shipping charges were not refunded.
