Quit working after one month

Unfortunately after one month of using this it quit turning on and the return process has been horrendous. I paid $110 for shipping for it to show up in some guys uncovered pickup truck and we have used it for a month and it all of a sudden quit turning on. After speaking to online support who told me to contact any store to that store telling me I have to contact online to find the right store to contacting that store and then telling me I could return it but they could not provide delivery to ship it back to the store. AWFUL customer experience. Airhockey table was an awesome addition to our space until it stopped working, which is kind of a big problem.

Faulty scoring system

Turned on the air hockey table for the first time & the scoring system wouldn’t work properly, one side wouldn’t count goals when the puck would go in & the other side would count goals when it hits the end boards but not going in the net. Still usable but we bought it to use it with the timer at our youth program. Seems to be a wiring issue.

A: Pretty heavy table...about 130 pounds. We needed 4 men to put it on the SUV Grandchildren love it.

A: No, I wouldn’t say it is. It has a wooden top, and the rain might make the wood expand and make the surface bumpy. I would suggest getting a tarp or waterproof cover for it.

A: I called the company, as indicated in manual, found out they had u der-powered fan and they replaced the non-functioning fan and power source, immediately! Parts arrived 2 days after call. Table has worked fine ever since.
