The Coffee keeps overflowing and being diluted

you press the button to start, first it sort of sticks/gets stuck then the coffee overflows. My old model would make it to perfection. This fancy new one overflows and dilutes on the standard 240mil cups

Disappointed

I initially loved this machine but it stopped working shortly after the warranty period and I could not have it repaired in store, it had to be sent away. Way too much hassle.

Très satisfaits

Nous venons d’acheter cette machine et nous sommes très satisfaits de la qualité du café, elle est simple à utiliser et nous apparaît robuste. Elle chauffe rapidement et son réservoir a un bon format qui nous évite de devoir le remplir trop souvent. Cet achat remplace une Vertuo plus qui nous a rendue 6 années de services sans tracas. Après 6 ans elle s’est mise à faire beaucoup de bruit et nous avons décidé de la remplacer.

Limited Lifespan

Excellent coffee but difficult to descale. It only lasted us a year. Too expensive to replace every time it quits working

Second Nespresso

Horrible machine for me. Unfortunately, first machine broke, Nespresso was nice enough to replace with a new one. I had the second one for less than a year and it just stopped working. I took good care of it. It was only myself that used it. One coffee per day. Not sure if it is this model or my bad luck. The coffee was amazing. I do miss it, unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy another. 😞I am now using my old Keurig that I have had for years. Unlike these two Nespresso machines. 2 machines in 2 years. Both broke. My old Keurig still works, just needs to be descaled every so often. Too bad Nespresso doesn’t make them to last longer.

Q: This machine looks very appealing. However, I'm not prepared to contribute gross quantities of garbage to the landfill by using those Is the only way to use this machine via those horrid pods that are clogging landfills?

  • A: Nespresso offers a free recycling program, all you do is pick up a free pre paided bag that you can fill and then drop off at the post. They mail used pods back to Nespresso and they will recycle it for you and nothing ends up in the dump.
