Was excited but geez

was excited to buy and use this product for my 16ft fishing boat. Frame was easy to set up but what is with the 30x30 tarp. Way too big. We had to fold it in the middle lengthwise and crosswise to make it smaller otherwise tarps would be laying on the ground on all sides. We put structure at 78inches high as per instructions. Kit should have two tarp sizes depending on type of boat.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Just put it up yesterday so can not comment on how well it holds up to the winter elements. Set up took Aprox 3 hrs with 2 people and we found that the video and the written instructions differed slightly. The most difficult part was tiring down the tarp as there were no instructions on how to fold the ends.

Q: What are the dimensions of the box when picking up from the store. Will it fit in an SUV or do I need a truck?

A: We purchased it last year and it fit in the back of our Chrysler Pacific mini van no problem (with the third row of seats folded down.. Very pleased it was easy to put up (2 men) and it survived last year"s fall, winter, spring weather.

Q: 18.5’ max length to cover just the pontoons or also to cover pontoon outboard

A: My deck on the boat is about 13' and the pontoons are out farther then the deck. But the cover is long enough to cover the motor too. This is my second one have one on my 25' boat also i love the covers they work great

Q: Would this kit also work for a pontoon boat? We have a pontoon boat, 22' long, 8'-6" wide. Would be interested in something like this as a winter storage solution. Shrinkwrap costs $300 - 400 every year (depending on length).

A: yes, the system that i bought was a 14-18.5 for my 18 '' versaille pontoon boat. You would need to get the bigger system.

A: Very heavy gauge Vynl tarp . Stands up excellent to the snow and cold . I’ve had mine for 3 seasons with no issues . Structure and tarp in as new condition still . Would recommend ! Vynl weave . Very heavy gauge . Large size .!enough to totally cover my 18.5’ boat on a trailer front to back and sides to the ground .
