I don't recommend Nashua 398 All Weather Duct Tape

The first use of this tape was outside on a painted surface. The tape didn't stick! I tried it in various locations indoor and outside and it wouldn't stick. In its defense, it sticks to itself, sticky-side to sticky-side and won't separate.
