Can't get replacement parts

I bought this grill several years ago and needed to replace some parts. Replacement parts are hard to find and when you do find them, it takes 3 to months to get them. Nice grill, but its no good if you can'tget parts to replace and maintain it

A: The RSE625RSIBPSS-1 does not come with a vinyl cover or any additional accessories. This grill is the propane gas version, it has 5 main burners with 980 square inches of total grilling area. It has a rear infrared rotisserie burner, a integrated side burner sear station, our unique stainless steel wave shape cooking grids, and our seamless Jetfire ignition system. Thanks!

Q: Can this BBQ be hooked up to a propane line from a cylinder vs the standard 20 lb propane tank?
