Knob melted

9 years ago

After 4 uses, the knobs and bezels melted on the control panel. While Napoleon as been very responsiveness and sent replacement part, they didn't have any idea on how to prevent that... so it looks like to be a bad design problem where all the heat come in the front... By the way, the handle is useless has it come so hot. Don't buy.

Was easy to assemble. Well built and easy to clean. The warranty is great and easy to use. Just turn the knob and it lites. We love it.

Have owned this unit for one year now and it performs very well. Narrow but deep and fits well in the small spot we have. Great for family dinners but no more.
