This bbq is the best one I have ever owned. Assembly was easy and pretty quick. I have si ce purchased the smoker bix add on for it which is well worth the price. The knobs have lights for night time grilling as well which was a welcomed surprise! Overall, I would recommend this bbq to anybody!

Extremely Disappointed with Quality Control – Dama

I recently purchased a $1,400 premium grill on June 14th and picked it up today. While the box was in perfect condition, I was shocked to find that the cabinet base upright panel was severely damaged upon unboxing. This clearly points to a manufacturer defect, which is deeply concerning given the price point and the expectations I had for this product.
The damage suggests a serious lapse in quality control and workmanship. For a premium product, this is simply unacceptable.
I am extremely disappointed and now left scrambling for a resolution. I’ve reached out to Napoleon customer service chat hoping for a prompt and effective response. Their only suggested response is that I should return it. It was already a huge chore to get this nearly 200 lb box to my location, now I'm having to try to box it all back up and return it. At this price, I expected much better.
No, I do not recommend this product.
