Q: Any chance that this tent could be set up on top of a short box, tri-fold, hard tonneau cover?

Q: I have a bad tonneau cover on my truck, with that flipped up will it be in the way of the tent?
4 years agoA: No, you cannot have both on at the same time. The tent is secured over the lip of the truck bed, the same way that the tonneau cover is secured so it is either one or the other.

4 years agoA: It depends on your bed length. 5.5’ versus 6.5’. I have the 5.5’ bed, and I bought the short box version. Fits perfect! The 6.5’ foot bed is considered a regular cab.

Q: I have a jeep cherokee (trailhawk) and am searching for a tent to attach to the back of it. Could this tent be modified to do that job? I can't seem to find an actually SUV tent that's in stock.
4 years agoA: Hi there. I have a Toyota Tacoma and this tent is awesome. I think it would work for you as it is just basically a tent with 6 hooks on it (3 per side) that attach to the sides of your vehicle. I think you should go for it. I love mine so much, I am selling my trailer. Best buy ever for me. I hope that helps you.

4 years agoA: No, it does not come with a bed. It is a tent that fits the box of your truck. You would need to just measure the distance between your wheel wells to determine the maximum size of air mattress that would fit.

4 years agoA: We use a foam 54”x 72” mattress. Also built an elevated platform with plywood top to get above the wheel wells.

Q: My truck has a 4 ft wide short box, I can't find the width anywhere so I was wondering if it would fit
5 years agoA: It is a 98 GMC Sierre K1500 with the step-side. The box if 4 ft wide, and roughly 6ft long. Just wondering what the width of the tent is, as it is not mentioned anywhere.
