The bike came with no assembly instructions. Adding a handle bar, wheel n seat seems easy enough. Not...when the pre assembled parts are assembled backwards, gears are crossed and worst of all the rim was bent.. once things open up again I hope customer service will do right by replacing and installing a new wheel. Thanks

Solid bike

I’m really excited to try it but haven’t been able to yet. It seems to be missing a part that helps control the front breaks. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to use it yet as I will need to take it into a SportChek store to have it fixed. It is a solid bike though and will be great once is functioning properly!

The assembly video was really helpful in building my bike! I only had to get my mechanic friend to do the brakes for me and now she’s good to go! Buying this bike was an excellent choice!
