Love this fireplace. its so warm and inviting. Made of wood contrition and very nice dark color. The flames can change colors and height. I found that the fan wasn't loud. Gives off great heat. I bought in on clearance and save over $510 off. Im glad I bought it.

Noisy!

Let me state up front, I am not a fan of electric fireplaces. Mostly cause its far more expensive to "heat" with these guys. I would far prefer wood fireplace. Saying that, we did buy one, this one, mainly due to the huge price reduction. Took quite some time to assemble but for the most part not so bad. Once running, you will notice the FANS in these units are loud! Turn up the volume on the TV folks! With such a expensive product (before the price reduction) you would think they would use quieter fans. Sadly not the case. The fire aspect is cool but when the fans are on, its loud. Can't recommend the product on the loud fans alone.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Asembly Instructions Required The instructions are just for the electric firebox insert. There are no instructions for how to actually assemble the wooden part - please provide a link asap as I have pieces of this all over my living room and no guide for how to put it together.

Q: how can i put this together I bought this but there was no instructions in the box to assemble the wooden part. I have the manual for the fireplace, a pile of wood and bags of screws but no instructions.

A: The manual included AND featured on this website is only for the firebox insert. There is no manual in the box or online for how to assemble the wooden unit which is beyond infuriating. I'll be returning this in pieces if the store can't find a manual in the other one they have in stock.

Q: Can you use both the log set and the acrylic crystals at the same time? Mine came assembled with both inside the firebox (some crystals on top of the logs) and I don't want to have to try and take it apart and put back together again. I want to be sure there is no danger leaving them as is.
