The MRCOOL 36,000 BTU Universal 20 SEER Central Split Heat Pump Kit provides powerful heating and cooling performance. This HVAC system boasts a 24,000 to 60,000 BTU capacity and can achieve up to 20 SEER energy efficiency without requiring a gas furnace. The compact design of the pump enables less restrictive installation and allows more units to be stored at once. The pump is compatible with any third-party air handler and thermostat, which makes it ideal for zero lot line homes, conventional installs, and unit replacements. Key features include rapid temperature control, quiet operation from an internal fan, and a 25’ pre-charged line set for convenient installation.

Q: So this includes the external condenser, internal air handler, and the 25ft quick-connect pre-charged coolant lines? It's really not clear from the description.
a year agoA: I had the same advice ("call MrCool"). I went ahead. The item does include all the Universal elements required. Took a couple of weeks to arrive but it's installed and worked right off the bat. Just waiting for my free cap now. Very glad to have it for this 32 degree weekend!
