It freezes on the windshield at -10C

Bought it this year 2018, so perhaps the recipe may have changed recently. I made sure the windshield fluid reservoir was empty, then refilled with the Motomaster -45C. First morning at -10C I sprayed on the windshield and when the wipers passed the fluid did freeze over all the windshield. I have to mention the car was cold and the windshield was not warmed up yet, but for a fluid that says -45C I don't understand. I could not drive for the first 5 minutes until the windshield warmed up (unless you keep spraying and empty the reservoir). Then I looked at the active ingredients - sometimes these are written the 'Warning' section. Usually a quality fluid has two active ingredients. The Motomaster -45C has a single active ingredient. So I'll keep it for summer time

I always use this product over the standard “blue” windshield washer fluid for its lower freezing point and added cleaning power. I find this fluid if much more effective at cleaning the slush and dirt from my windshield.
