Q: I just bought this item today and I have not used it yet but I've read the instructions etc. What is the purpose of the filler plug? The manual shows the filler plug but makes no reference to it.

  • A: Grease can be purchased in bulk and the gun filled from an external pump. Used this way no grease cartridge is used.

  • A: It’s likely a moot point as the gun will likely fail well before two years.   Do not buy.  It is junk.

Q: Just purchased unit. Flex hose is rated at 7500 psi max while unit is rated to produce 8500 psi. Is that not a problem?
