It's fine pumice formula leaves tough working hands feeling smoother while it's natural citrus base cuts through grease, grime, soils, resins, printer's ink, glue, rubber gasket and tile cement. It contains no harsh chemicals, petroleum solvents or mineral oils that can sting cuts or abrasions, and is fortified with lanolin, jojoba and glycerin for added skin conditioning and protection.

A: Thanks, finally was able to get the pump to free itself and pop up, suspect the pumice grit was caught in the mechanism.

A: Si vous faites référence à la bouteille 038-1078 (3,78 L) de nettoyant pour mains Fast Orange, le produit peut être utilisé en tournant la pompe. Une fois tournée, la pompe se soulève et peut distribuer le produit. Pour retirer la pompe/le bouchon de la bouteille, il suffit de la tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.

A: No, this MotoMaster Hand Cleaner is not recommended for use as a Car Wash. It contains ingredients that could easily damage the finish of your vehicle. While we do not offer a MotoMaster car wash product, we would suggest considering the lineup of Simoniz car washes available.

Q: Is the pumice used in this product real, or is it a type of plastic microbead? In reviewing the MSDS I see a 5-10% proportion of "pumice". However it isn't made clear if this is "real pumice" (which is environmentally OK) vs plastic microbeads simulating pumice.

A: MotoMaster Pumice Lotion Hand Cleaner is a biodegradable, waterless, petroleum solvent-free pumice hand cleaner. This product contains no harsh chemicals, uses real pumice and is biodegradable/environmentally safe. Contains aloe, lanolin, jojoba and glycerin for added skin conditioning and protection.

Q: Can this product be stored in freezing temperatures?

A: Motomaster Pumice Lotion Hand Cleaner is not formulated to be STORED at freezing temperatures. However, the product can remain stable through a freeze/thaw cycle up to 3 times. Normally a freeze/thaw cycle will occur during transportation when temperatures are well below freezing. For example, the product can be shipped from manufacturing in the USA to our Canada warehouse and freeze/thaw during that period. It can then freeze again when the product is shipped from our Permatex Canada warehouse to any of the Canadian Tire DC’s. It can then freeze/thaw again when shipped from a Canadian Tire DC to a Canadian Tire store. Throughout this freeze/thaw cycle the product will remain stable. However, if there is long-term frozen storage, or multiple freeze/thaw cycles greater than 3 times, the formulation will start to separate. The product will still be usable and clean just as designed, but the user would have to shake/mix the contents back to its original consistency before each use. Much the same as paint when it sits in a can.
