30w motor oil
a year ago
$ of 4l was a bit over $30 before covid but now a bit over $50. I suppose it's not C.T.s fault but I'm not working as much on small engines as much & I must add, $ of everything everywhere went up. Looked @ in a good way. small engines are really not good for the environment. I may be looking for a sickle soon or whatever the tool the Grim Reaper wields.

I wanted a jug to save some money but one litre containers are the only thing I could buy. It was expensive but at least they had it . Quality wise I'm sure it will be fine.

Q: The SDS for this in the answers is for 2 cycle power sports oil, This is not the sds for SAE 30 Heavy Duty oil

Q: Onan motor requires sae 30 weight oil. It has Flat tappet, on cam. Manual states use SF,SF/CC or SF/CD oil. Will this oil work? Does it contain over 1000ppm of ZINC? please help. New motor Just rebuilt cAN YOU PLEASE GIVE OIL SPECS

A: MotoMaster Heavy-Duty SAE 30 is licensed for diesel engines but not gasoline engines. For a gasoline-powered mower calling for an SAE 30 engine oil, MotoMaster Lawnmower SAE 30 is a suitable product.

A: Hello, No this is not. We recommend Shell Rotella T4 Triple Protection 10W-30. This will be a suitable alternative to a gas powered inboard marine engine.

A: MM Heavy Duty 30 946ml is mono-grade diesel engine oil, not designed to be used for axle lubrication that generally requires a different additive package than what is found in engine oils. Please provide manufacturer specifications for the oil required for your application and we will suggest the matching fluid.

A: MM Heavy Duty SAE 30 meets API CF, CF-2 and API CF is backward compatible with API CD. Thus, MM Heavy Duty SAE 30 can safely be used in application requiring API CD oil.

Q: It this Sae 30 oil good for 4 stroke gas small engine ? Honda gx 200 200cc 4 stroke gas small engine . Only used in temperature over 15 degree C

A: The Honda GX200 gasoline engine indicated that an “API SJ or SL detergent 10W30 oil” should be used. With that said, we would not recommend the use of the MM Heavy Duty 30 wt.
