MotoMaster Formula 1 Ultra Radiator Stop Leak, 500-mL

Now I have to get a new radiator. Plugged everything so much that the vehicle is overheating all the time. Possibly the worst product I have ever purchased from Canadian Tire.

Great product, I love it

my son had a leak in one of his rubber tubes, off the water pump. stuck on the side of the road, with low coolant warning. I brought coolant, and this little bottle for his v6. we put some coolant in, and started the engine to find leak.. it was bigger than a pencil lead sized stream shooting out of the hose. I gave it a good shake, put some of the formula 1 into the overflow canister, then poured more of the coolant (prestone pre mix, all car) into the formula 1 bottle and shook that that well. poured the rest in, and had him restart the car. the stream stopped within a minute, right before our eyes. frankly, I was amazed. it was held long enough to get him safely home, a 25/30 min drive.. the hose blew out the next day, while on a longer drive.(kids don't listen lol) bigger hole now..(probably pressure on a weak hose)but we saved tow charges, and he was safely home late at night, for a minimal price of this bottle and a 4 liter jug of coolant. I recommend this as an addition to everyone's trunk to save a tow charge (and waking up to go rescue someone.)

I like this more than the older type made from copper shavings.

I needed to do a quick repair on my son's girlfriend's car as she was not in a position to do a full Rad replace 2 days before Christmas. The leak had persisted for a while before we could determine where it was coming from (side pillar of radiator) I followed the directions and this product worked fantastic.. I had intended this to be a fix for a few days so she could get to her work and back over the holidays. Surprisingly she decided to drive to Ottawa from Hamilton to see a family member. I was concerned and told her that... but the fix made the trip.. and the return trip and is still going strong today. I am thoroughly impressed with this product and highly recommend it!!! Ronbo
