Bought this to replace my first jack that I bought at CT decades ago that finally failed. I hope this one lasts as long. Only used it once so far, but it did everything I needed. It reached to the centre jack point of my BMW so I didn't have to jack up one side first. Max height is ridiculously awesome so it should be good for my truck too. Solid. Everything about it feels high quality. Loved/needed features: long reach, low profile for sports cars, high lift for trucks, quick lift, foot pedal, easy wheeling. Highly recommended.

Wow, bought this because my old 3 ton couldn't life my new Land Rover Discovery up high enough. This thing is a beast. Lifts with almost no force, is low profile and lifts up higher than any other jack I looked at. Expensive but absolutely well worth it. Oh, and the flat rubberized pad is fantastic.

Q: Has anyone figured out a solution for the rubber pad in the saddle? Mine has expanded, cracked and frequently falls out. I realize this is trivial but it'd be ideal to have a solution other than a hockey puck? Has anyone contacted Motomaster?

Q: My car’s rocker panel is not flat. The original jack has a slit in lifting area looks like a u so that slit can fit. This lift looks flat, it would flatten that lip. Is there an adapter for this?

A: Use a pinch weld adapter. You can buy them or make them yourself. They use the pinch weld only for location and lift on both sides by straddling the pinch weld.

A: Iv had this jack for three years,bought it cause my sons mustang was to low ,to get my host under the car to lift it up to change out the exhaust. This jack worked great. Been using it once or twice a week for different things, never had any trouble with it to need the warranty. I'd buy this product again if it ever failed.

Q: Can the padded lift saddle be removed showing a hole that the saddle fits into? I'm hoping the saddle is attached to a solid metal pole that slides into the hole? I would like to replace it with another larger one.

A: The saddle pad can be removed, however the alteration in question has not be tested for this jack. Therefore, we do not recommend making the change to ensure the safety of the user.

A: Regrettably, there are very few components that can be safely replaced on a garage jack as the hydraulic pump unit is calibrated at the factory. Replacing parts will compromise the calibration and can result in dangerous or unsafe operation of the jack.
