Selectable 2, 8 and 15 amp charge rates allow you to slowly or quickly charge virtually any size 12 volt lead acid battery from 10 to 300 Ah
Suitable for all 12-volt lead acid battery chemistries including flooded (wet), maintenance-free, AGM and gel cell

Q: I bought this charger to charge and maintain my skidoo and lawn tractor batteries. I normally remove both. I don’t understand the part of the #6 wire??? Do I have to buy 24” of wire? And how will I connect that wire to ghd battery post? Seems complicated.
3 years agoA: I received this request from CTC on the same charger we purchased for the same charging abilities and ours has 2 clamps from the charger (red-for the positive terminal and black - for the negative. Supply cord to the charger gets plugged into the wall, then set your mode. We usually always use the trickle mode (2A-15A). Hope this helps.

Q: Does this recondition old dead batteries?
3 years agoA: As part of it's multi-step charging process, this battery charger will automatically initiate a pulse desulphation step for batteries exhibiting extremely low voltage. The charger does not have a reconditioning mode to help restore lost capacity in old/tired/stratified/neglected batteries. Canadian Tire offers numerous options for battery chargers with Reconditioning (either automatic or manual) including: - select MotoMaster Eliminator Precision Series models - select MotoMaster Eliminator Workshop Series models - select MotoMaster Nautilus models - select NOCO Genius models - select DEWALT models

2 years agoA: This charger would not be compatible with a lithium battery. At present time, Canadian Tire offers only NOCO battery chargers that are compatible with lithium batteries. Please consider one of NOCO's products.
